Our weekly coffee dates with our son have become one of the sweetest parts of our lives. What started when he was just a few months old has turned into a tradition we treasure—and here’s why: • A space to slow down and connect—no distractions, just the three of us • A place where he’s laughed, played, and practiced his first words • Where we celebrated birthdays, milestones, and everyday magic • Where we learned more about him, and he learned that our attention is always his • A simple table, but big conversations, even in baby babble • A tradition that’s helped us deepen our bond, week after week This little spot has seen him grow from a few months old to the curious boy he is now—and we hope it’s still our spot as he grows into a young man. We hope he always feels safe here—with us. To talk. To be heard. To share his heart. And we’ll always be here listening and loving him no matter what. If you’re looking for a small way to slow down and connect with your little one, this is your sign: pick a day, find a place, and make it yours. It doesn’t have to be fancy—just consistent, just intentional. You’ll be amazed what a weekly tradition can do. #coffeeshop #childhood #childhoodmemories #childhooddevelopment #familytradition #qualitytime❤️

Here are some real fears I’ve been carrying with me: • When I first found out we were having twins, I cried. I was scared. I felt overwhelmed. • I knew this was now a high-risk pregnancy — and that knowledge came with its own kind of weight. • I started constantly wondering: Are both babies okay? Not just one, but two tiny lives to worry about. • What if my body isn’t strong enough? How will my belly stretch so much? • Now that I’m feeling the babies move, I question: was that Baby A? Baby B? Both? It’s made me a little paranoid. • What if they come early? What if there’s a NICU stay? What if I don’t get to hold them right away • I’m anxious about the newborn period. One baby is hard enough… but two? At the same time? • I’ve had to take more time off work for extra scans and appointments, which brings its own stress. • The transition from a family of 3 to 5 feels overwhelming. • I’m scared about how my two-year-old will adjust. Will he feel left out? Will I be able to give him the attention he deserves? • I don’t know how I’ll manage three kids under three. It feels like a lot — because it is a lot. • And honestly? I feel guilty for even having all these fears when I know how many people would give anything for a twin pregnancy. But here’s the truth: Two things can be true. You can be grateful and overwhelmed. You can love your babies deeply and still be scared. And every one of these feelings is valid. If you’re in a similar season — whether it’s pregnancy, parenting, or just a life chapter that feels big and unknown — you’re not alone. We can do hard things. One day at a time. #TwinPregnancy #22WeeksPregnant #RealTalk #MotherhoodUnfiltered #TwinsOnTheWay #HighRiskPregnancy #MomOfThree #GrowingFamily #HonestMotherhood #motherhood #newmom #newborn
