Delicious Mixed Berry Croissant Breakfast Bake! The croissants add such a delicious buttery texture. Let it sit in the fridge overnight so breakfast is ready to bake in the morning!

Equipment

  • 9×13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants

  • 2 cups mixed berries chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 eggs beaten

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar for sprinkling

  • Some sliced almonds

Coat a bread baking pan with some oil spray. Add the sliced croissants to the dish in a single laye, squish them in there as needed.

In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and mix well. Pour evenly over the croissants and sprinkle with some sugar.

Add your favorite berries on top of the croissants! I love adding raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. I also like to add some sliced almonds on top.

Cover tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 12.

Remove the pan from the fridge and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes and serve immediately! Top with syrup, if desired, just before serving.
